Jakub Hubacek
Since 2014, Jakub Hubáček has been dedicated to receivables management, where he gained important professional experience. In 2021, he received an offer from a British company, which allowed him to use his skills in the field of secured receivables management, thereby expanding his operations in Great Britain, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Thanks to his experience in financial management and receivables trading, he did not hesitate to take advantage of the investment opportunity. In 2021, he became the CEO of Financial Garant and thus founded a private investment firm. Thanks to his ability to analyze and minimize risks, the company Financial Garant as became a minority owner of the One Simplicity project in 2022, which he considers a significant success.
The experience gained in the capital markets led to the expansion of the portfolio by trading with co-ownership shares in real estate with a plan to establish a mutual real estate fund in the future.
