What will you use the funds obtained from the bonds for?The bonds are used to increase the company's working capital, i.e. securing funds, expanding the Simplicity application and trading co-ownership shares in real estate.

Is it necessary to tax the proceeds?Proceeds are subject to withholding tax of 15%. For non-entrepreneurial investors, the tax is paid by the company, so there is no need to mention the income in the tax return - we will send you the income reduced by this tax. Entrepreneurial investors pay 15% tax themselves.

Are there any fees associated with buying bonds?No, we will not charge you any fees.

Do I need to use an equity account to buy bonds?You don't have to, a current account will suffice.

Can I sell the bond before it matures?Yes. The bond is listed (in the name), so in case of sale it is only necessary to notify the issuer of the change of owner. Notification to the issuer of a change in the owner of the bond must be accompanied by an officially verified signature of the original owner or sent from the data box of the original owner of the bond.

What is the highest investment?You can purchase bonds up to the value of the entire issue, or according to the currently free amount of bonds within the issue.

Where and when will my bond interest go?We will calculate interest for you from the day following the day the amount is credited to our account and we will pay it to you once a year also to your account.

Can I invest in multiple months? What is the smallest amount I can invest?Yes, you can invest until the end of the bond subscription, the minimum investment amount is CZK 50,000.
